Exceeds My Expectations

I bought this bag, so I could tote everything I need with me. I have a Canon ZR300, and it fits in a corner of the bad, wich leaves me room for every accessory I own for this camera without stuffing it. Theres enough room for my fullsize DSLR (Canon EOS 20D)with a zoom lens also, so I'm able to use it as a total video bag when out.

The construction is excellent. The word Worldproof is definitely an accurate name. I hope the person who thought of the name is properly compensated.

I have an array of photo bags, backpacks, laptop backpacks, messenger bags etc. And I've paid three and four times as much as the cost of this bag. However they are not built as tough or with as much attention to detail. And not to mention a lifetime guarantee from Samsonite. Either mail it in and they send it back free or go to one of there Samsonite travel stores in malls across America.

Great Multi-Use Bag!

This bag is extremely well padded. I have taken it to Disney World and DROPPED it while hurriedly exiting a moving ride (people movers) and all of my electronics survived the fall in perfect condition.

This bag has been to the beach, soccer field, pool, you name and we've done it. Just dust it off and head off to your next adventure. I have had this bag for nearly 3 years and it shows no signs of wear. The blue area of the bag is starting to get a little grungy looking but nothing that can't be easily cleaned.

I love all the extra compartments. The removable/adjustable center divider in the main compartment is excellent for making room for all of your small electronics. I have discovered that with a little clever packing I can fit my camcorder, 6 minidv tapes, audio/video cables, camcorder charger, digital camera (a LARGE old one), APS camera, spare batteries, digital memory card reader, and 4 rolls APS film into the bag. (Keep in mind, my camcorder is a fairly small MiniDV camcorder. Measure your camcorder to be sure this bag will be large enough for your equipment.)

For wearing comfort it has a nice padded carrying handle and adjustable, nylon webbing, shoulder strap. The bag itself is so lightweight that you hardly notice it is there, yet it is providing exceptional protection to your camcorder. Another winner from the people at Samsonite.

Nice looking bag

I purchased the Samsonite Worldproof Intermidiate Camcorder bag a couple of days ago from another well know e-store, I found the bag to be suprisingly worldproof, it is well designed, with plenty of padding and enough room to fit my sony TRV58 handycam and Hewlett Packard c200 digital camera along with my NiMH baterry recharger and the camcorder adapters. The worldproof sign does not appear on the bag contrary to the picture up above, I like that, the worldproof logo would seem a bit redundant. The bag is very strong and looks like it can take a beating or two, which is great for me since we get alot of rain down here in Puerto Rico. Samsonite also gives you a lifetime warranty, so you can't go wrong.
