Excellent product

I had to purchase this item for an online class that I am presently taking. Since the workbook is based on the 2003 Edition, I decided to spend the bucks. And it is well worth the price! It was so easy to install. I first deleted the older versions, which enabled me to have "smooth sailing" during the installation process. I did not lose any of my files, so you don't have to worry about that.

Actually, the main reason why I had to buy this product is that I realized that I didn't have Outlook on my computer. I later found out that Outlook and Outlook Express were two different programs. And, as usual, whenever you purchase a new computer (which I just did), only Outlook Express comes pre-installed.

I considered myself an "intermediate" user when it comes to computer-sense, especially using the different programs of Microsoft Office. Thanks to this class, I am now seeing why so many people love these programs. I am now a convert and I can't wait to learn about what's all the fuss about Outlook. I now know why so many people use Word.

And since I will be using this for home use only, I find that you get plenty for your money. What I really love is the background colors - I just happen to love the color BLUE! I don't know if you can customize it another color, but I will keep on looking. The Task Panes are another great feature, along with the Online Microsoft Office Help (built-in link).

Overall, I definitely recommend this product. If you think that you already love your present (older) versions, please give this one a try. It is great for home/school use. I was already getting used to the 2002 version of Word, but this newer version has so much more to offer. It will definitely help me when it's time to write an essay or a thesis for my classes.

I needed Power Point...

...so I had to upgrade to get it. I haven't had time to explore all the features yet but so far I'm very satisfied. I am in a Doctoral Program that is very Internet-intensive, and I'm hoping this product will be everything I hope for.

The price I got for the Office package was worth the buy. I was hoping it would have been sent a bit sooner- but you can't help that some times. Overall satisfaction.
