Just About Perfect |
I really have no complaints. It's simple, clean, looks nice. People complain about nothing to cover the screen but I just took the advice from the manufacturer:
"The screen area is left open. If you are concerned about screen scratches, you can simply cut a square of plastic from the package the skin comes with."
This works just fine. Of course it won't protect the screen from a direct blow (what will?), but it prevents scratches.
There's a lanyard, but it's easily removed if you don't want to use it. |

Nice Skin |
| The Skin is made of silicon. It is an easy fit over the ipod and also fits it snugly. Because the Mini is made much better than the other iPods, the case will also help afford a good bit of protection coupled with the metal case. One con is that it does not have a cover over the screen, however, some of the cheaper ones have the plastic cover and because it is plastic it is not going to help much anyway. I would suggest this Skin or the other armband made by Speck. However, this is a great Skin & does a good job for its intended purpose. |

no screen protection |
the screen is the most easily scratched part, but this skin just has a big hole for the screen to show through -- nothing to protect it. i don't see the point in having this at all and will return it tomorrow. a disappointment.
if anyone knows where to get the other type of skin that actually DOES have a clear plastic cover for the screen, please be kind enough to share with the rest of us. |
