| I wasn't happy with this unit as the controls are connected to a wrist strap that easily comes loose. Worse even was that I didn't even know this player had this arrangement as the pictures show the backside of the unit. No wonder! The only redeeming quality of the unit was the sound. |

| I gave this as a gift for my friend who dosn't speak english. a bi-lingual manual would've been helpful. He tells me that the top dosn't always stay closed and it doesn't read his cd's or mp3's. but after reading someone elses review i now know i have to tell him to wait about 10 minuites for the cd to be read. I have been to sony.com and can not find this product on their site. discontinued? I wonder why? |

Great Discman, but be aware!!! |
| If you are looking for a very nice and modern discman, with mp3,fm and am radio ,tv and weather stations' tunner, then this one's for you!!! But be aware: the hand strap is non removable,and it doesn't appear in the pictures, because it's on the other side of the player, which makes it a little bulky. The pictures should definitively be better.Nevertheless it exceeded my expectations and I'm really happy I got it. |
