Spotty Reception in Urban Settings

1. Cannot get reliable reception from my apartment.
2. Spotty service outdoors. Just very annoying when signal comes in and out.
3. The product is a little too big to use for running, I'm going back to using my SONY armband radio.

I AM IN HEAVEN!

I have been an XM fan for the last couple of years and could hardly wait to get ahold of the MyFi. I have not been disappointed. I commute 120 miles a day on public transportation and, while I love my iPod, I had been longing for a bit more variety. MyFi, with it's ability to record over five hours of entertainment, is the answer to my prayers. I simply plug it in before I go to bed, select whatever station suits my taste at the moment, hit "2Go" to start recording and voila! I am ready for the next day! I work in a building which overlooks San Francisco Bay, so during my lunch hour I go sit out by the bay (with it's absolutely clear view of the southern sky) eat my lunch, enjoy the "passing parade" and listen to live broadcasts. As I said, I am in heaven!

Great!!

I got this Delphi MyFi the other day to use portable and mobile, I had a home one for almost a year now and loved that and this unit may well replace it. The sound is great, it hears every bit as well as my home unit meaning the antenna can be placed anywhere the home unit's can and I'll get a signal. It's coming on vacation with me in a few weeks and I'm looking forward to walking with it and enjoying a lot of listenign time with it. If I was goign to really dig for a complaint it would have to be ear buds instead of real headphones as I can never get earbuds to stay in but I got a nice sony headset knowing this when I got it and I couldn't ask for more, the NASCAR channels, commercial free music, good clear sound, old time radio shows, and much more at the touch of a button, definitely the way to go.
