good bang for the buck-from a word lover |
This dictionary looks pretty amazing...nice and neat, very compact that fits your pocket. The zoom function is cool too you can zoom it out to read 8 lines at a time.
Overall, this is a user friendly dictionary...nice example and illustrations along with words.
One drawback however is lack of real sound pronuciation but only pronunciation key |

At last! A readable screen, better battery setup! |
| I have had 3 previous electronic dictionaries and all have had the same problem. Their button batteries lasted about as long as a flea on a DDT supper. This Sharp beauty solves that problem by using readily available AAA battery. It's screen is large with a built in 'zoom' feature. It answers all my prayers for an item of this type and I recommend it all who have suffered in the past as I have. A very satisfying purchase indeed. Hooray for Sharp! |
